My communication style

My aim is to create a therapeutic space that promotes a sense of emotional safety to identify and work through the emotional, psychological, and spiritual barriers that impede personal growth and wellness.

My journey to mental healthcare

My desire to become a people helper was born out of my own journey of self-discovery and restoration of identity. My life calling is to walk alongside people in their search for healing and guide them towards the freedom to become who they were created to be.

My goals for you

First, my role is to help people identify what is not working well in their lives and leading to states of unhappiness and discontent. Then, I assist people with developing a "game plan" to improve their relationships with self and others, leading to a greater sense of contentment.

Our first session

In the first session, I begin the process of getting to know my client and gathering information about what brought them into therapy. My goal is to create a safe space that will foster a sense of emotional safety. I actively seek understanding of the important issues and identify ways that I can be most helpful to them in achieving their goals.
