In my therapy sessions, my goal is to create a space that feels as comfortable and peaceful as possible. I strive to ensure that each client leaves feeling lighter, more at ease, and emotionally unburdened compared to when they first arrived.

My journey to mental healthcare

During graduate school, while pursuing my master’s degree with a focus on children, youth, and family, I discovered a passion that would shape the course of my career. It all began with my first mental health class.

I always collaborate with my clients to set meaningful therapeutic goals, ensuring their emotional needs and personal expectations are at the heart of our work. I take the time to explore their vision of success by asking, "How would you feel if therapy truly works for you and you’re ready to graduate?".

Our first session

The first therapy session is dedicated to understanding my client's clinical needs and meeting them where they are in their emotional journey. This initial conversation often becomes a therapeutic intervention, as I try to have clients feel truly heard, validated, and reassured that a path toward greater emotional balance is possible.
