I specialize in working with families and individuals. I use an attachment-based approach when working with clients and focus on creating a safe and non-judgmental space. One of my passions is supporting clients to be able to see the beauty and strength within themselves.

I typically work with families with children of all ages and those who are adjusting to life transitions. In addition, I focus on individuals who may be experiencing things such as stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, or finding it difficult to meet their goals.
My approach
I would describe my approach as eclectic, basing my specific tools on the needs of the clients and families that I work with. Some modalities that I use in therapy include Attachment-focused therapy, Play Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. When working with a client, I focus on the strength that already exists within every individual.
