Hi there, I'm Helena!

I understand how difficult it can be to start therapy for the first time or have tried multiple times, but not get the results you want. I can be flexible to adjust to your needs so we can create the growth you want.

My focus

I can provide individual therapy for clients who know a change needs to happen, but may not be sure where to start. I enjoy doing couple's therapy to help repair issues and get your relationship back to a loving place. Pre-marital counseling may also benefit even if there are no issues, but to better work couple's differences.

I provide a warm, nonjudgmental environment so you feel safe to share your vulnerabilities that will help lead to growth.
