In this experience, we're working together. I will walk alongside you using common approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused, Narrative Therapy, and Client-Centered Therapy.

Our first session

Will be the most formal of all the sessions, as this is where we're information-gathering: learning about you and some of the challenges you're experiencing. With the assessment and measurement, we'll come up with a running diagnosis and create goals; this is your treatment plan.
