My journey to mental healthcare

My journey into mental health began with a commitment to serving those in need. I worked with individuals recently released from incarceration, people experiencing homelessness, refugees, survivors of abuse, and combat veterans. These experiences shaped my understanding of resilience.

Reaching your goals starts with collaboration. Together, we identify what matters most and create a meaningful, achievable plan. I use evidence-based approaches to guide our work, ensuring each step is intentional and tailored to your needs. I help you track progress and celebrate victories.

Our first session

Starting therapy can feel uncomfortable, and that's completely normal. The first session is where I get to know you, your history, and what brings you to therapy. I encourage you to be as honest as you feel comfortable—this is your space, and I listen without judgment. We'll discuss what therapy might look like.
