My communication style

I focus on creating a safe space and natural therapeutic relationship. Sessions are centered on what you want to talk about and your goals. I start where you are each week and navigate what's on your mind, knowing every week could mean something different. We maintain a main goal to track progress.

My journey to mental healthcare

I've always loved hearing people's stories and believe there's power in saying your story out loud. There's beauty in the brokenness. I want to facilitate a safe space for you to face your realities while finding hope.

My goals for you

I ask you to think of main goals that would make you feel accomplished with your time in therapy. If you accomplished this specific goal after our work together, you would feel you benefited from therapy.

Our first session

I focus on getting to know the client as a whole. I ask questions to get to know their background, who they are, and what brings them into therapy. I briefly go over how I approach therapy so that we can make sure it's a good match and they feel good about getting started.
