I integrate mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) practices, and additional approaches to enable you to understand the past, be comfortable in the present, and be effective in your future endeavors. Together, we will focus on creating effective coping skills and developing confidence that helps you thrive outside of the therapy room.
