You can expect a warm, down-to-earth style. I'm calm and patient—you won't be rushed or judged. I'll gently challenge you and offer feedback or coping strategies when helpful because honest, supportive dialogue is where growth happens. You can always let me know if something isn't working, and we'll adjust.

My journey to mental healthcare

I served as an Air Force Staff Sergeant before pursuing psychology. I turned down a six-figure offer because I felt a deeper calling to help others heal. Supporting parents as they navigate identity shifts, trauma, and the demands of caregiving has become one of the most meaningful parts of my work.

My goals for you

I understand therapy is a big investment. My priority is helping you reach your goals efficiently using research-backed treatments. I take a focused, structured approach designed to create real progress. If you're looking for longer-term work to reflect and build deeper insight, I can support that too.

Our first session

Our first session will be an opportunity to get to know each other and make sure you feel comfortable. We'll talk about what brings you to therapy and what you'd like to get out of our time together. You won't have to dive into anything you're not ready for. By the end, my hope is that you'll feel heard, understood, and more at ease.
