I work with individuals and specialize in treating anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, stress, trauma and PTSD, panic attacks, and career counseling. I also focus on helping you develop coping skills to navigate life's challenges.

I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), eye-movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and somatic techniques to best serve you in meeting your goals. My approach is tailored to your unique needs.

My journey to mental healthcare began with a desire to serve the community and advocate for those in need. I have extensive experience working with adult and geriatric populations, as well as the terminally ill and homeless. I have also trained others in culturally sensitive approaches to mental health.
