My approach
If thinking about your thoughts is helpful to you, and you are a logically oriented person, then my Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) primary approach will likely harmonize with you. I have been practicing meditation for a decade now and use some aspects of that in practice.
My focus
I am willing to see individuals, children (ages 5-17), and minors. My specialties include working with adolescents/teens on issues such as anxiety, depression, substance use, grief, life transitions, and more.
My communication style
I am a very empathetic, knowledgeable, and non-judgmental Therapist who hopes to help guide you. Personality-wise, I am a mix between a happy and consoling Golden Retriever and a hippy.
My journey to mental healthcare
I began my clinical hours for licensure in January 2018 at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center in Colton, CA, completing them in February 2020 at the same location.
My goals for you
If we work together, my goal is to help guide and support you through this difficult time. I aim to provide a caring, non-judgemental space for you to process your thoughts and feelings. If I'm not the right fit, I still encourage you to stay strong and continue your journey - it will get better.
