Hi there, I'm Ana!

I use a blend of mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Somatic Experience approaches to provide therapy. I thoroughly enjoy helping people find ways to be their best self. My experience and interests include working with clients, helping them work through trauma while focusing on the mind-body connection.

My focus

Most of my experience has been centered around working with at-risk juvenile offenders, families, couples, and individuals. I have found that my strong points tend to be more with teens as well as individuals. I like to work with clients on anxiety, depression, and trauma while focusing on the mind-body connection.

My approach

I tend to use mindfulness and spiritual practices, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Somatic Experience approaches in my therapy practice.
