My pronouns are she/hers/her, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is passionate about supporting your healing process through a culturally and trauma-informed lens, working through mental health challenges in order to foster healthy coping tools and enhance well-being.

My focus

I work with adults providing treatment for mood disorders, anxiety disorders, bipolar, psychosis, grief and loss, and PTSD.

My approach

My practice utilizes a strengths-based approach with evidence-based modalities to assist in finding successful coping strategies and tools that will promote growth and goal attainment. My goal is to empower my clients to feel well-equipped to live fulfilling lives.
