Hi there, I'm Carrington!

I received my Master's in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in depth psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute. I worked in a residential treatment center in Tucson, AZ, assisting clients with Co-Occurring Disorders.

My focus

I work with a broad range of clients, including but not limited to: military personnel and their families transitioning back into civilian life, to incarcerated youth grappling with drug addiction, violence, and instability.

My approach

I am a solution-oriented therapist; therefore, I believe that transformation requires willingness and action. I can help by assisting in identifying what is not working and shifting into alternative solutions to optimize life experiences.
