Hi there, I'm Carrington!

I worked in a residential treatment center assisting clients with Co-Occurring Disorders. I also worked as a psychotherapist assisting children K-12. In addition to my private practice, I work for a nonprofit that employs Equine Assisted Psychotherapy, where I incorporate horses into therapeutic intervention.

My focus

I work with a broad range of clients, including but not limited to: military personnel and their families transitioning back into civilian life, to incarcerated youth grappling with drug addiction, violence, and instability.

My approach

I am a solution-oriented therapist; therefore, I believe that transformation requires willingness and action. I can help by assisting in identifying what is not working and shifting into alternative solutions to optimize life experiences.
