My journey to mental healthcare

Facing medical challenges early on, I frequently felt judged, and it took greater effort to achieve what came easily to others. I learned to shift this perspective and experienced great success. I am driven to help others overcome those feelings and gain hope and confidence.

We will explore collaboratively what brought you to therapy and set measurable and achievable goals based on what you are looking to achieve. These will be reviewed periodically and updated as needed.

Our first session

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions and then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. We will explore what goals you are hoping to achieve in attending therapy. This will help me create an individualized plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
