I am warm, direct and insight-oriented. You will feel accepted and seen even when sharing painful or shame filled experiences. This is more than a job for me, I am committed to standing in this journey we call life together.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey to becoming a therapist began with my own trauma story. I experienced significant adversity growing up. Everything changed when I entered therapy. My therapist made me feel seen, heard and understood. This experience inspired me to become the kind of therapist, my own therapist was for me.

My goals for you

I help clients reach their goals by providing a safe, supportive and collaborative therapeutic environment. Together we identify unhelpful patterns, build emotional awareness, strengthen coping skills, and improve communciation dynamics. My goal is to empower clients with knowledge, tools and confidence to create sustainable improvements.

Our first session

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a strong therapeutic relationship. My priority is creating a safe, supportive and nonjudgmental space where you can share your story at your own pace. I'll ask questions to better understand what brigs you to therapy. Together we will identify your goals.
