I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, who individuals break free from patterns that keep them stuck, heal the wounds beneath the symptoms and build healthy, thriving relationships through the integration of psychology and faith.

My focus

I am really glad you are here. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, heard and understood without judgement. I know reaching out for therapy can be difficult and I want you to know you don't have to have everything figured out before you come in. Together we will look beyond the symptoms to understand what's driving them.

My approach

I provide compassionate, trauma informed, attachment-based care that integrates psychology and Christian faith for those who desire it. My goal is to help individuals and couples heal the root causes of emotional pain, develop secure and healthy relationships.

I am warm, direct and insight-oriented. You will feel accepted and seen even when sharing painful or shame filled experiences. This is more than a job for me, I am committed to standing in this journey we call life together.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey to becoming a therapist began with my own trauma story. I experienced significant adversity growing up. Everything changed when I entered therapy. My therapist made me feel seen, heard and understood. This experience inspired me to become the kind of therapist, my own therapist was for me.

My goals for you

I help clients reach their goals by providing a safe, supportive and collaborative therapeutic environment. Together we identify unhelpful patterns, build emotional awareness, strengthen coping skills, and improve communciation dynamics. My goal is to empower clients with knowledge, tools and confidence to create sustainable improvements.

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a strong therapeutic relationship. My priority is creating a safe, supportive and nonjudgmental space where you can share your story at your own pace. I'll ask questions to better understand what brigs you to therapy. Together we will identify your goals.
