Hi there, I'm Mariola!

Utilizing cultural competency and trauma-informed capability, I provide services to teens and adults. During sessions, we address symptoms of stress, anxiety, and depression, among others, as well as coping skills for many life transitions.

My focus

The typical clients I see are teens or adults who reach out for help dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, or are going through a life transition, as well as those who would like to learn new coping skills and optimize their daily lives and be their best selves.

My approach

In my practice, I use CBT/DBT as well as Positive Psychology and Mindfulness. I am client-centered and emphasize unconditional positive regard.
