I work with clients who have anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma. I have expertise in grief-related issues such as divorce, infertility, childhood trauma, and health-related losses.

My therapeutic approach is person-centered. I focus on being nonjudgmental, empathic, and supportive by allowing you to actively take the reins during each session.

My journey to mental healthcare

I started my career working directly with crisis survivors. Through my personal experience with childhood trauma and my own healing journey, I understood that I wanted to help others heal from unresolved trauma and grief.

My primary goal is to create a safe place that enables a strong therapeutic relationship. Sessions are tailored to your needs and tend to be unstructured and client-driven.
