I was attracted to a career as a therapist through exposure to very humanistic, spiritual, and existential mentors. I believe that each of us brings gifts to the world. I'm honored to witness their unfolding.

Goal setting can be productive and help to focus therapy. And goals may change as new awareness and insights emerge. I value goals as they come from the client and support their hopes.
