Hi there, I'm Amy!
I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) who has been based in the San Francisco area and working with clients throughout California via telehealth. I am dedicated and passionate about supporting my clients in moving through various life challenges and experiences. I welcome adults, teens, adolescents, and couples of all backgrounds.
My focus
I have found that my style and approach work well with people of all ages and backgrounds who may be dealing with grief, anger, confusion, or a myriad of other emotions due to intense life transitions or simply from unidentified "reasons." This often manifests in the form of anxiety and/or depression, which can show up in various ways for a person.
My approach
Combined with my clinical training in Psychodynamic/Jungian psychology, I am also trained and specialize in Somatic Psychotherapy working with both the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model and Hakomi, along with other modalities. All of my work is steeped in trauma-informed care, and my approach is integrative and client-centered.
