Hi there, I'm Thomas!

I am both an ordained minister and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have been a counselor of one sort or another almost my entire adult life, first in Christian Ministry, then in education, and for the last 20-plus years as a secular therapist who provides Biblical Counseling to clients requesting it.

My focus

As I'm sure you can tell from my profile picture, I've been at this for quite a while. Much of my career was spent working with children, adolescents, and their families. During my career, I have also done a great deal of marriage counseling, both pre-marital and marital.

My approach

My approach to therapy is simple. You tell me what is not working, and I help you determine what's gone wrong. Often, this involves trauma from your past or mistakes you have made. We will use methods that works best for you: Biblical Counseling if you desire, classic CBT, Couples Work, Family Systems, and many other approaches.
