I am passionate about helping others be the best that they can be! Therapy has been a powerful change factor in my life, and I have seen it work wonders in the lives of others. I enjoy empowering people to make desired changes in their lives!

My goals for you

I prefer to take the approach of a guide and will encourage clients to set personal, attainable goals. My role is to help assist in breaking goals down into attainable benchmarks and then continue to monitor progress during our sessions.

Our first session

I like to get a good personal history with a good understanding of the situation at hand that is bringing the client(s) to counseling. I also want to get a good inventory of strengths and supports.
