I work with clients going through change or transition in life and help them adapt to these shifts, such as graduating, moving, promoting, and relationship changes. I have worked with diverse clients experiencing anger, anxiety, depression, grief, substance concerns, and trauma. I also have a background focusing on business, trauma, and Veterans.
My approach
My approach depends on what you need and whether you're focusing on concerns from the past, present, or future. I typically begin with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and adjust based on what works for you. Other approaches I may use include DBT, Gestalt, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused therapy.
