I've worked with children in foster care, veterans adjusting to life after service, and individuals in substance abuse treatment. I approach my work with trauma-informed care, understanding that overcoming life's stressors happens in stages.

I use trauma-informed care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Gestalt work, Motivational Interviewing, Client-centered therapy, and the Internal Family Systems model to help you meet your needs and address underlying patterns.
