I have been working with underserved communities for over 15 years. I obtained my master's in social work at UCLA and have built my career helping individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and other life challenges. My goal as a therapist is to empower clients to make meaningful changes and build a life worth living.

I specialize in working with young adults who are going through formative transitions in their lives. This is the time of developing self-identity, reflecting upon family dynamics, and navigating educational/career challenges. I also specialize in veterinary social work, helping clients navigate emotions that arise from the human-animal bond.

I believe that each client is unique and tailor my approach and style so that clients may feel comfortable and supported. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to guide clients in discovering coping skills to help manage unhelpful emotions, thoughts, and behaviors that may keep them from achieving their goals.
