Hi there, I'm Denise!

Going through a crisis, transition, or life change can cause feelings of confusion, self-doubt, and anxiety. It can be overwhelming and leave you feeling stuck. I help clients navigate through these feelings in order to feel more grounded, positive, and confident in order to clarify their course ahead.

My focus

Feeling anxious, alone, and unsure of yourself? I work with clients who are struggling with life transitions, trauma, and self-esteem challenges. I help guide clients through grief and loss, relationship changes, medical transitions, and more. Together, we’ll build coping skills and create a plan for growth that feels empowering.

My approach

My approach is highly individualized, based on my belief that every client is unique. There is no "one size fits all." My approach is eclectic, practical, and collaborative. I incorporate cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and may also use mindfulness and other evidence-based therapeutic methods.
