I work with individuals, including minors aged 13-17. My specialties include anger management, anxiety, bipolar disorder, coping skills, depression, domestic violence, grief, life transitions, mood disorders, OCD, parenting, relationship issues, self-esteem, self-harming, stress, suicidal ideation, trauma and PTSD, and women's issues.
My approach
My approach involves helping clients learn stress reduction and self-nurturing techniques to support themselves on the journey through processing trauma and throughout their lives. As clients heal from the past, they then learn new ways to communicate and interact effectively with others and to create the lives they wish to live.
