Hi there, I'm Robert!

I am a trauma-informed, psychodynamic psychotherapist using EMDR as an adjunct treatment option. EMDR is not necessarily for everyone, but if that is something that you are interested in, we can discuss this in our initial meetings. I consider myself a client-centered therapist who is motivational, present, and active in the work.

My focus

At the moment, the client population I am focused on is men over 40.

My approach

I am a classically trained psychodynamic clinician who may also use CBT methods when appropriate. I have been formally trained in Attachment EMDR. EMDR is a trauma-focused modality used to treat various types of trauma as well as phobias and issues related to Attachment.
