My journey to mental healthcare

I was drawn to therapy by my drive to help those who felt unheard, were in pain, or had little hope left, and see them reach their full potential. My mom always told me that a smile could change the course of someone's day, and that's what I still aim to do.

Our first session

My first interaction with you will be a brief consultation call to introduce myself and determine if I'm a good match. This will be followed by an assessment phase where I'll learn about your story, build a therapeutic connection, and understand your needs to craft a tailored treatment plan.
