I have a passion for working with individuals struggling with anxiety, panic, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma, stress, perfectionism, relationship issues, career issues, parenting, codependency, domestic abuse, health challenges, and self-esteem issues. I believe our symptoms make sense based on our past and what our mind and body need.
