I am a Peruvian-American, bilingual therapist.

My focus

I work with people facing stress, identity, and relationship challenges, as well as the effects of broader social and historical forces. Just as suffering is political, so too are the acts of resistance, care, and imagination that people create in response.

My approach

My therapeutic approach is grounded in Narrative Therapy, emphasizing collaboration, respect for lived experience, and the belief that people are not defined by their problems. I bring a non-pathologizing perspective, cultural humility, and awareness of the broader social, political, and cultural forces that shape people's lives.
