Hi there, I'm Makenna!

As a therapist, I provide a supportive space for clients to process their emotions, identify patterns, and create meaningful change. Together, we work toward greater emotional balance, healthier relationships, and a stronger sense of self.

My focus

I utilize a blend of therapeutic approaches, often combining inner child healing with empowering solution-focused strategies. I am currently in the process of obtaining my Certification in Perinatal Mental Health in hopes of helping mothers, fathers, and families experiencing perinatal mood and anxiety disorders.

My approach

Therapy is designed to be a safe and supportive space for individuals to be able to express their authentic selves without fear of judgment. It is a place where individuals can feel empowered while discovering new perspectives and self-insights.
