Hi there, I'm Courtney!
I believe that therapy is equivalent to maintenance checks on our cars. There are times when we just need a quick tune-up, and other times; we realize that there is a little more work to be done.
My approach
I approach therapy through a client-centered and psychodynamic lens with a hint of humor, as I believe that you are the expert of your life - I am simply here to help you navigate through it.
My focus
I have experience working with adolescents, adult individuals, and couples dealing with anxiety, depression, marital conflict, and more. I am only seeing adult individuals with insurance, and Couples therapy is cash pay only.
My communication style
I communicate with a mix of empathy, directness, and occasional humor. My aim is to create an open dialogue where you feel heard and supported while also gently challenging you to gain new self-awareness and coping tools.
My first session with you
Please feel free to contact me in order to set up a 15-minute phone consultation!
