My journey to mental healthcare

My journey to mental healthcare began with earning my Bachelor of Arts from UC Berkeley. I then went on to study mental health at the University of Southern California, where I earned my Master’s Degree. I completed my field hours at a hospital in a geriatric program, then transitioned to adult and adolescent outpatient care.

My goals for you

My goal is to empower you with the tools and insights to manage life's challenges, heal from past wounds, enhance your relationships, and live a more fulfilling life aligned with your values and aspirations. I am dedicated to supporting you on your path to greater self-awareness, resilience, and well-being.

Our first session

During our first session, we will discuss what brings you to therapy and collaboratively identify your goals. I will gather some background information and begin to get to know you and your unique story. You will have the opportunity to ask me any questions and determine if I am the right fit to support you on your journey.
