My approach
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Therapy interventions are utilized to help clients learn to retrain their brain. Clients are viewed as the experts of their lives with Dr. Rogers-Franco taking a compassionate yet direct approach with guiding them toward developing coping skills to navigate life’s challenges.
My focus
Dr. Rogers-Franco works with individuals 18 years old and older. Despite a history of treating a variety of conditions, she’s most comfortable treating issues related to codependency.

Dr. Rogers-Franco strives to create an atmosphere conducive to authenticity. This is achieved by meeting the clients where they are and proceeding at a pace that is most comfortable for them. The tone is accepting, caring, and thoughtful.

My goals for you
Clients are encouraged to share their long-term goals for counseling. Dr. Rogers-Franco works with the clients to create baby steps to move them toward the identified goal. At each step, therapeutic interventions will be introduced and practiced to obtain mastery. Goals are reviewed and modified with the clients.
