Hi there, I'm Richard!

I am a Clinical Psychologist, performance consultant, coach, author, and group facilitator. Mostly, I learn from my clients and from life's experiences, which help me become an empathetic witness and guide to those who seek to improve their functioning and who are open to support. I am an avid sports and dog lover and enjoy hiking for healing.

My focus

My focus is on helping clients move in the direction of their healing and purpose. I focus on the client's needs, desires, and wants, and attempt to unlock what patterns, ways of thinking, or relational patterns may be tripping them up and how best to self-lead through all types of stress and challenges to create the desired outcomes.z

My approach

Humanistic and eclectic, I view each human being as an autonomous, spiritual, and complex interaction of their upbringing and lineage, and want to help clients understand themselves and their emotions, so that they can act upon them in the most effective way possible.
