As an eclectic therapist, I utilize a combination of cognitive, behavioral, and play therapy approaches to assist clients in discovering and developing resources within themselves and their community.

I work with minors (ages 13-17), children (ages 5-7), preteens (ages 8-12), and individuals. My specialties include ADHD, Anxiety, Autism or Asperger's Syndrome, Behavioral Issues, Depression, Grief, Intellectual Disability, Learning Disabilities, Mood Disorders, Obsessive-Compulsive (OCD), Self-Esteem, and Spirituality.

I walk alongside clients to identify, confront, and make life changes. I draw from various modalities including Art Therapy, Christian Counseling, Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Holistic, Mindfulness-Based, Play Therapy, Positive Psychology, Solution Focused, and Strength-Based approaches.
