I work with adults and specialize in stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, low self-esteem, and lack of motivation. Together, we will engage in evidence-based practice interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to support my clients with their progress and start feeling better.
My focus
I have found that my therapeutic approach best fits adults who are dealing with family issues, work stress, life stress, and negative self-talk. This often takes the form of anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and lack of motivation. I work to help clients gain a better understanding of their symptoms and behaviors.
My approach
The most common therapeutic approach I use in my practice is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). My approach varies based on the needs of the clients I work with, but overall, these approaches support and help me gain a better understanding of clients' reality as well as assist clients.
