My journey to mental healthcare

My journey into becoming a license clinical social worker was driven by a deep desire to help others through difficult times. Compassionate, trauma-informed care can make a significant difference in people’s lives. I believe in empowering clients, respecting their cultural backgrounds, & guiding them toward healing, resilience, & a better quality.

I help patients set and reach treatment goals through a collaborative and trauma-informed approach. I start by actively listening to understand their unique needs and priorities, then work together to establish realistic, meaningful objectives. I use evidence-based practices to develop personalized treatment plans, providing guidance and support.

Our first session, I focus on creating a safe, supportive environment. Introduce myself, explain confidentiality, & discuss your reasons for seeking support. We’ll explore your challenges, goals, & background to understand your needs. I listen carefully and work with you to set initial goals, building trust and a foundation for your healing journey
