Hi there, I'm Chioko!

I am a humanistic therapist who focuses on providing care for those whose identities and cultures are not of the majority collective.

My focus

I work with Black, Indigenous, and other folks of color; folks who have been placed in disadvantaged communities. I support clients who experience intergenerational trauma, race-based stress and trauma, life's pressures, social injustices, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and who are in a transitional space.

My approach

The therapeutic approaches I utilize include, but are not limited to, Humanistic therapy, person-centered therapy, and integrative therapy.
