My journey to becoming a therapist was fueled by a deep curiosity about how therapy fosters healing and personal growth. Growing up with both Eastern and Western cultural influences has shaped my perspective, and I approach each client with an open mind, sensitivity, and respect for their unique cultural background.

I approach goal-setting in a collaborative and individualized way. Together, we’ll explore what matters most to you, identifying realistic goals that align with your values and beliefs. Throughout our work, we’ll regularly check in to assess progress and adjust goals as needed, ensuring they stay meaningful and achievable.

Our first session

During the first session, we’ll review informed consent and I’ll conduct an assessment to understand your challenges, personal history, and daily concerns. We’ll discuss your support system, strengths, and any questions you have about the therapy process. Your input is important, so feel free to share any concerns.
