I like to utilize a strength-based approach in therapy while incorporating modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Post-Modern/Solution Focused Therapy, Relaxation and Mindfulness techniques, etc. I also like to focus on both insight building and skill building, helping client's be co-participants in their treatment.

My communication style
Life is ever changing. Circumstances arise, stressors emerge, relationships are tested and we are asked to adapt, cope and push forward. This can be very difficult to do, but you can do it and we can do it together. I am here to listen and to help.
