Hi there, I'm Christina!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I have a vast experience in working with children and youth over a 13-year career in the social services field, including working in schools. I specialized in treating anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, and trauma, while providing a safe space to heal and grow.

Life can be overwhelming at times, especially when you are facing stress, depression, anxiety, or major changes. I work with children, teens, and young adults who are navigating these challenges and feeling disconnected. I will work with you and or with your child to create a plan for growth, resilience, and empowerment.

Every person's journey is unique, so I use a blend of approaches. In cognitive-behavioral therapy, I will help you explore how your thoughts, feelings, and actions connect and will give you tools to feel more in control of your emotions. Solution-focused therapy focuses on your strengths and goals- this approach helps you build more confidence.

I prioritize open communication to create a safe, non-judgmental environment. I practice active listening, where you can reflect, grow, and process at your own pace. Together, we will work toward clarity, self-awareness, and practical steps for positive change.

My journey into therapy began with a desire to help others through some of life's most difficult moments. Our first session

Our first session consists of us getting to know each other. I will ask you curious questions about what brought you or your child into counseling, background information, and goals that you would like to see accomplished. We will start building trust and connection to help make this process safe and comfortable for you.
