My journey to mental healthcare

I’m amazed by both the immense variety of people’s life stories and the shared needs we have as humans for: security, a sense of agency, belonging, and mutual support. One of the reasons I became a therapist is to ‘pay forward’ the profound healing I received from receiving my own therapy support.

My goals for you

What is bringing you to therapy and the goals you want to achieve will be the overarching guides to our work together. We'll also continually modify our day-to-day goal/suggestions so they better match and resonate with your life circumstances and progress.

Our first session

Reaching out for therapy can definitely be nerve-racking, whether it’s your first time or you have been in therapy before. My goal for our first session is simply to get to know you and learn about what you hope to get out of our time together. From there, we can explore strategies to help you feel more relief, hope, healing, and confidence.
