My journey to becoming a therapist began as a peer counselor. A natural interest in helping people led me to pursue counseling and become a therapist. I've worked in various settings, always focused on creating meaningful connections with those I serve.

My goals for you

Goal setting happens early in treatment, within the first few sessions, as part of the treatment plan. The approach to setting goals can vary based on the therapeutic approach utilized and the reasons for seeking treatment. Goals can also fluctuate based on the duration and focus of therapy.

Our first session

The initial session includes formal introductions and a basic overview of services. The majority of the initial session is all about you and the reason you came to see me. It is my goal to create a safe space to explore a dilemma, life transition, or existential exploration in a judgment-free setting. The session will help build a connection.
