My communication style

I take pride in helping you to organize and make sense of the chaos or problems that feel complex. I have a lot of patience and interest in getting to know your story. I try my best to be a supportive "witness" and "coach" through facing difficult feelings and be respectful of what your experienciening.

My journey to mental healthcare

I come from a family with a rich cultural background as well as its share of generational trauma. I was drawn to healing my wounds and recognized how common societies structures wound others. I am proud to be a part of people's healing journey and affirming that we all deserve to feel happy, loved, and whole.

My goals for you

I will work with you according to your priorities. For my ADHD folk we can work together on organizing what's most important. I like to start by identifying strengths you already possess and clarifying what it is that you'd like to change and what keeps you stuck.

Our first session

In our first session I will want to get to know a little more about you such as your living situation, family history and any medical history that may contribute to your issues. I will want to know what your goals are for feeling better and priorities. If we have time we can go into more depth on what you want to work on first.
