Hi there, I'm Latisha!

I’m a UCLA-trained therapist passionate about creating a warm, supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and comfortable being yourself. I have worked with clients from diverse backgrounds and continue to strive to help those navigating anxiety, depression, relationships, life transitions, stress, and self-esteem concerns.

My focus

I work with clients feeling overwhelmed by emotions, relationships, and life challenges, who want to better understand themselves and how to navigate these matters. In my practice, I help you build insight into your thoughts, behaviors, and emotions to help develop and strengthen skills to support yourself long after therapy.

My approach

My approach to therapy is compassionate and collaborative. I help clients explore what’s beneath their emotional overwhelm and life challenges while building helpful tools they can use in their everyday life. Sessions feel supportive, safe, and nonjudgmental, with a focus on insight, emotional understanding, and meaningful, sustainable change.
