My journey to mental healthcare

From a young age, I had a deep desire to help people. Through my own therapy as a young adult, I discovered the life-changing impact of quality therapy and a skilled therapist. I wanted to give back in the way I was helped, and have since found profound meaning in supporting people in healing and cultivating a life of their choosing.

My goals for you

I work collaboratively with clients on identifying and creating treatment goals that are effective yet simple enough to integrate into daily living. Collaboration is key: I am an expert on problems, and you are the expert in your life.

Our first session

A first session with me is your opportunity to ask me questions, explain your struggles and pain in as much detail as you are comfortable with, and identify what is going well in your life and what you'd like to work on in therapy. My main goal in an initial session is to provide you with a safe and warm space while building a connection.
